May update: Dynamic progress on the construction site
Intensive construction work is underway at the Lofty Kolbenova site, which is already destined to become a new symbol of modern living in Prague. Currently, we are focusing on the facade construction on the eastern side of the building, where window installation on the fourth floor is simultaneously taking place. The structural framework of the fifth floor is now fully completed, including the attractive roof terrace areas that offer breathtaking views of Prague Castle.
In parallel with these construction activities, the installation of air conditioning systems and other technological infrastructures is ongoing, along with the assembly of wooden galleries. Every day, we are getting closer to making Lofty Kolbenova a home for those seeking not only beautiful living spaces but also an extraordinary lifestyle in a future prime location.
